Archive and Search

Displays all the messages which are automatically and periodically exported from SWIFT into Questra. Allows users to collect message data from Questra rather than SWIFT. With its optimized database engine, it displays search results quickly, going back for years.

Our demo case holds all the messages created since 2012 (over 3 million messages). Has excellent searching mechanism especially for auditors and users. Messages can be searched or filtered quickly with ReferenceID or any text inside.

Reporting

Advanced visual reporting

Displays the number of messages transferred between countries or cities on a world map to give a visual graphic overview. Map also visually displays number of messages transferred amongst countries or cities in detail. Creates a graphic chart, showing the messages grouped by message types and numbers (Example: finxxx). Creates a pie chart of all messages created, who authorized the messages and the combination of these two. This is very useful for auditors during message flow audits. When required, a message can be exported in pdf format with its creator's signature, so the message details can be sent to authorities or other relevant parties. Shows the list of completed SWIFT messages, list of files transferred between core banking application and SWIFT (confirmation of success during investigations).

Notification Functions

With its dynamic and responsive GUI, it's very simple to retrieve information with any browser.

Has Email & SMS notification engine, which sends notifications to pre-defined users or user groups. Alerts when the bank receives urgent type of messages that require immediate action on floating markets.

Security, Authentication and Authorization

Questra is read-only and has no effect on live Swift data and traffic. Any changes made to data, will not be reflected to SWIFT database or core-banking application. Encrypted message transfer between Swift and Questra. By moving SWIFT users (monitoring, reporting, audit, etc. departments) to Questra, it helps reducing the number of logins to SWIFT. Therefore, increases SWIFT security and lowers the risk of SWIFT hacks. MS Active Directory LDAP integration with ACL mechanism requires no maintenance. Audit logs can be produced for every user action and can be exported as a report.
